After the holidays, we rush into the new year without much thought. We might stop to set a few goals along the way, but before we know it, it’s January 13th and life is breezing along as usual. Take a time out to stop and take a mental reset, to make sure the rest of the year stays on track. In fact, you might want to take a mental reset every quarter or even every month!
