Today is #NationalAvocadoDay.<\/p>\n
But to be honest…EVERY day is national Avocado Day in our house.<\/p>\n
I love them in or on just about anything (I even saw a recipe for a “healthy” chocolate avocado mousse made that I’m dying to try!)<\/p>\n
It seems that almost every day or month is National “something or other”. Social media comes alive with photos, hashtags, recipes and strong opinions – for and against the particular food of the day. So love them or hate them, National Food Days are here to stay.<\/p>\n
